Repair Warranty
AlphauraX Inc. performs repair, upgrade on computer's hardwares, as this may void manufacturer warranty. If your warranty has NOT expired, it is important that you contact the manufacturer. AlphauraX Inc. may recommend replacement part(s) to the customer; it is the customers' responsibility for those replacements.
All software repair come with 30 days warranty and hardware repair come with 90 days warranty starting from the date of pickup. All repaired computers must be picked up within 60 days from the date being marked as repaired. Alphaurax Inc. reserves the right to dispose unpicked up computer after 60 days.
